Firstly, Ubivis deploys Industrial Internet of Things for data collection from each manufacturing process for system performance analysis. In other word, Ubivis utilize data collection drivers for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and / or electric panels of different machinery, regardless the vendor. Additionally, if the company already owns a legacy system where such data can be accessed, Ubivis can analyze the integration with such data collection system.

Data collected from the whole manufacturing process are stored in a "Big Data" databank solution. Using Artificial Intelligence software, the machine learning process is carried out, with cloud computing, and the manufacturing process optimization data are made available.

No local IT infrastructure required for data storage and processing

Ubivis provides a Production Optimization Platform (POP) via web to production and / or management department for accurate monitoring of the units produced, the relevant machines and production data information. The results of the Industrial Optimization process are displayed in an infographics highlighting machinery availability, production performance (realized vs. planned) as well as the manufactured product quality index - Real time OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Additionally, other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are available. Furthermore, these data are also available for mobile devices and Augmented Reality for the Predictive Maintenance process.
